FLEX FITNESS GYM RULES:
1. Rerack your weights
2. Pick up your trash
3. No chew or spitting
4. Ages 14 and up on gym floor only
5. Do not open the door for anyone, you will be charged a $50 fee.
6. Park anywhere (business across the street only from 5pm-7am)
7. If you damage/break it, leave a note or text us.
8. If you see anything suspicious call us.
9. This is YOUR gym, treat it as such.
10. Leave attitude/drama at door.
11. Let others work in
12. Drop weights, not slam
13. Break your PR
14. No quitting, no excuses!

$70.00: Couples, No Contract, (min. of 3 months required, 30 day cancel notice)
$15.00: Day Pass, 24 hour notice by appointment only for door access. Text 816-708-9302. Must pay via Venmo @flex15. Then, door access will be scheduled unless with a member- doors locked to public.
